I’m pleased to announce the roll-out of the Christian Medical Dental Association’s online CME curriculum on trafficking in persons. This is the latest tool for health care professionals to get credit for learning about human trafficking.

My colleagues Jeff, Gloria, Clydette and I have worked long and hard together on this project and it has been great to be a part of the CMDA TIP Taskforce.

Physicians and Dentists can get up to 11 hours of category 1 credits. I’d also like to point out that this is some of the most inexpensive CME you can find for only $15 per hour! This covers only the cost for us to offer CME.  Although you can take the curriculum for free, please take advantage of this bargain and let us know that you would appreciate future cutting edge CME projects in the future.

At the time of this post nearly all the modules have been posted and ready for your participation. By the time you get through the first several modules, the others will be completed and posted. We will also be working hard to to try maintain the information as up-to-date as possible.
